Why We Built This Site
Louisiana provides public access to non-exempt court records, yet access begins with knowing the custodian. The St. Tammany Parish Clerk of Court supports the Twenty-Second Judicial District Court’s Civil and Criminal Departments. City Court of East St. Tammany, the Covington and Mandeville Mayor’s Courts, and ward justice courts have separate records. We organize official links and practical routing facts so a search for a hearing, filing, or public case does not start at the wrong counter.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in St. Tammany
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to a Louisiana court, clerk, or agency. Its limits are important:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes operated by third-party providers. Those providers control their own service, pricing, and results. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports this resource, but it does not give us control over a provider’s records or charges.
